    Hi ,

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

    What is the headphone model?

Are you using the USB or jack input to connect to the PC?

If you are using the jack and have the Realtek sound driver, check if you have the Realtek console installed in the start menu > open > advanced device settings > uncheck the first option and check the second.

    Thanks

If your headphones are not connecting when plugged in, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Connections: Ensure that your headphones are properly plugged into the audio jack. The jack is often located just behind or under the headset visor or lenses if you are using a headset with a visor.
    2. Volume Control: Some audio headsets have physical buttons to control the volume. Make sure the volume is not turned down or muted.
    3. Default Playback Device: Windows will switch audio to your default playback device when you take off the headset or if the headset is not recognized. You can check and change this setting in Settings > System > Sound.
    4. Sound Control Panel: Open the Sound Control Panel by typing mmsys.cpl in the command prompt. Ensure that your headphones are listed as connected. You may need to right-click and select "Show Disabled Devices" to see all audio devices.
    5. Update Windows: If audio isn't working in specific applications, it may be due to a known issue. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates to ensure your system is up to date.
    6. Try Different Ports: If you are using USB headphones, try plugging them into a different USB port. If other multimedia USB devices are connected, they might interfere with audio.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider checking the headphones on another device to ensure they are functioning properly.
