I have set my business hours and booking page hours yet it still allows for bookings outside those times. There is no setting for time zone on the business page however when booking it does list the correct time zone. Please see screenshots below.

    Hi @Rebecca M. Acred

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your observation. I can truly understand how confusing it is when your booking page allows bookings outside your business hours and it doesn’t show an option to change the time zone.

According your concern, what you’re seeing is usually expected behavior when time zones aren’t aligned across Bookings and Outlook, or when the booking page is set to show times in the viewer’s local time.

The Microsoft Bookings controls time zone using the following:

    1. Bookings has two separate time zone settings.   a. Booking calendar time zone. This comes from the calendar owner’s Outlook on the web time zone settings.   b. Booking page time zone. This is set on the Bookings Booking page under Change language and time zone settings. If these two settings don’t match, the public page can appear shifted and may look like it offers “after hours” times.
    2. The booking page can also display times in the end user’s local time zone. If Always show time slots in business time zone is left unchecked, visitors may see the same business time slots converted into their own time zone, which can look like very early morning or late night.

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

    1. In Microsoft Bookings
    • Open Bookings, select your booking calendar, then go to Booking page.
    • Scroll to Region and time zone settings, set your business time zone, and save.

    • Decide how you want customers to see times.
      • If you want all customers to see times in your business time zone, enable Always show time slots in business time zone and save.

    • If you want customers to see times in their own local time zone, leave it unchecked.
    1. In Outlook on the web for the booking calendar owner
    • Open Outlook on the web, go to Settings, search for time zone, confirm Current time zone matches the business time zone, then save.

After taking these steps, verify the time zone label shown on the page matches what you intend, and that the first and last available slots line up with your configured business hours.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow the steps above and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can continue working together to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can continue to support you.
