The previous answer using the phrase chat with an agent is valid in the Get Hep app in windows. You should be able to select Contact Support from that.

You can also try typing billing then Contact Support.

You don't mention why you need to talk with someone. If it is windows OS related then someone on the forum may be able to help if you detail the problem.

To talk to a live agent instead of a robot, you can follow these steps:

    1. In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it.
    2. Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
    3. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
    4. Choose the products and services for which you need help.
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent. Alternatively, you can select the "Call me back" option and complete the information so they can call you.

If you are using Microsoft services like Outlook, you can also access live chat support by going to outlook.com, signing in, clicking Help in the ribbon, and following the prompts to chat with a supported agent.
