I have renewed my subscription and cannot edit any of my work in powerpoint. It keeps saying to activate it and it is not working. I need to speak to a representative as soon as possible. I am having no luck.

my account [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@outlook.com was LOCKED for reasons i just dont understand, it is just my normal work email

says will send a verification code by phone , i put the phone number then it says " can't use this method right now , try later, all ready 2 weeks like this . this is my work email big problem for my company, all my contacts , contracts, invoices etc , i tried everything recovery form ,etc. always goes back to this phone issue that cant work

please help what to do URGENT !!!!!!!!!
