Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Since you are unable to sign in despite a successful password reset, this may indicate that your account is temporarily blocked due to the system detecting an unusual login pattern.

You will need to perform these steps to resolve this error:

    1. Perform a password reset via Incognito/InPrivate window using different devices and network services.
    2. If it doesn't work, wait exactly 48 hours to perform another password reset.

Important: Please make sure not to attempt to sign in or reset the password within that timeframe (48 hours), as this may reset the lock cooldown.

Thank you for your understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If your email account is blocked and you're unable to log in, here are some steps you can take to regain access:

    1. Wait for 24 Hours: If you've entered your password incorrectly multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. It's best to wait for at least 24 hours before attempting to log in again.
    2. Try Alternative Sign-in Methods: On the login page, check if there are other options available for signing in. If you have another device where you're still logged in, you can change your sign-in preferences from there.
    3. Account Recovery Form: If you're still unable to access your account after the waiting period, you may need to fill out the account recovery form to verify your identity and regain access.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your situation.
    5. Enable Security Features: Make sure you have two-factor authentication enabled to enhance the security of your account and prevent unauthorized access.

By following these steps, you should be able to work towards regaining access to your email account.
