trying to remove all Microsoft info of [Moderator note: personal info removed] he is no longer owner of the business need to update everything to current owner [Moderator note: personal info removed] does not have access to the yahoo email that's on the account.

May I please confirm whether you are currently the new Global Administrator? Additionally, are you able to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and is there anyone else who can still sign in to the Admin Center?
