I have too many files in my Archive. Is there an auto delete setting for Outlook Archive folder

Outlook does not have a specific auto-delete setting for the Archive folder itself. However, you can manage your mailbox by using the Auto Archive feature, which allows you to automatically archive or delete old items based on your preferences. You can set it up to delete expired items or move them to a designated archive folder.

To configure Auto Archive settings in Outlook Desktop:

1. Launch Outlook and go to the File tab.
2. Select Options and then Advanced.
3. Under the AutoArchive section, select AutoArchive Settings.
4. Here you can choose to delete expired items, move items to the archive folder, or specify the age of items to be archived.

For Outlook on the Web (OWA), you can also configure Auto Archive settings under Mail > Cleanup.
