Nonprofit Azure Grant Renewed but Not Applied to Existing Subscription (Will Be Billed)

Our nonprofit Azure grant has successfully renewed and we have received confirmation of the $2000 credit.

However, the credit has not been applied to our existing subscription. It is prompting to create a new subscription instead, which would leave our current production subscription billing normally.

We need the renewed nonprofit sponsorship attached to the existing subscription so that charges stop immediately.

We cannot open a normal Azure support ticket from the portal, so requesting escalation here.

Can a moderator escalate this to the Azure Sponsorship/Billing team to attach the renewed grant to our current subscription?
