    Hi Tonetta,

The link https://account.microsoft.com/services is applicable for a 365 subscription. Ensure your subscription is for Microsoft otherwise it would not show there. Also check all accounts you have.

If you have any other charge dispute, consider running the troubleshooter at:

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Otherwise, please take a moment to rate the answer. Wishing you good luck!

To opt out of a subscription and cancel it, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Locate your subscription under the "Services & subscriptions" section.
    3. Click on Manage next to the subscription you wish to cancel.
    4. Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

It's important to note that you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. Additionally, if you have any important data (like files in OneDrive), make sure to back it up before cancellation as it may become inaccessible afterward.

If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, consider reaching out to Microsoft Billing Support for help.
