I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. I'm happy to help.

Make sure your computer and printer are on the same WiFi network, and check your printer’s wireless settings to confirm it’s connected.

On your computer, click Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Click Printers & scanners.

Choose Add device then wait for your printer to appear in the list, then click Add device.

If it does not appear, restart both your computer and your printer, then try again.

If the issue persists, what is the exact make and model of your printer?

To get your computer to work wirelessly with your printer, follow these steps:

    1. Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can usually do this through the printer's control panel. Make sure it is connected to the same network as your computer.
    2. Add Printer on Your Computer: On your Windows computer, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Click on Add a printer or scanner. Your computer should search for available printers. Select your printer from the list and follow the prompts to add it.
    3. Check Printer Status: If the printer shows as Idle or Offline, check its display panel for any error messages. Ensure that it is powered on and has no issues like being out of paper or toner.
    4. Run the Printer Troubleshooter: If you encounter issues, run the built-in printer troubleshooter. Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, and select Run next to Printer.
    5. Reinstall Printer Drivers: If the printer still does not connect, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers. Right-click on your printer in Device Manager, select Uninstall device, then restart your computer and reinstall the drivers.

By following these steps, you should be able to connect your computer to your printer wirelessly.
