Make sure your computer and printer are on the same WiFi network, and check your printer’s wireless settings to confirm it’s connected.
On your computer, click Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Click Printers & scanners.
Choose Add device then wait for your printer to appear in the list, then click Add device.
If it does not appear, restart both your computer and your printer, then try again.
