In my test environment, the Ranking question is working as expected.
To help narrow this down further, could you please confirm the following:
- Does this issue occur only with this specific form, or have you noticed it with other forms as well?
- Could you try creating a brand-new form and add a new Ranking question (ideally with more than two responses), then check whether the same behavior still occurs?
- Are there other users in your organization who experience the same issue when creating or responding to Ranking questions?
