I can’t access my personal Microsoft email account due to MFA popping up but I don’t have the apps except apps from my work. Any help. Is the a technical person from Microsoft can help?

If you are unable to access your personal Microsoft email account due to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and do not have access to the necessary apps, you can try the following steps:

    1. Use Recovery Options: If you have set up recovery options (like a backup email or phone number), try using those to receive a verification code.
    2. Account Recovery Form: If you cannot access your MFA methods, you may need to fill out the Microsoft account recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr. Provide as much information as possible to verify your identity.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the above steps do not work, you can contact Microsoft Support for assistance. You can visit the Microsoft support page and choose the appropriate options to get help with your account recovery.

Unfortunately, direct technical assistance from Microsoft representatives may not be available unless you go through their support channels.
