How can I open files in Explorer that have brown boxes next to the icon

    Hello,

    Do you have OneDrive cloud icon on your taskbar? If so, right click on it and go to Settings. Then in the account tab, unlink this PC.

    Restart the computer. Go to Start menu, locate the OneDrive app, and sign in. See if that gets rid of the brownbox.

    Click the Start button, type OneDrive, and press Enter. Look for the blue cloud icon in your taskbar (near the clock). Once it's signed in, try opening the file again.

    I double click and nothing happens
