I have subscribed to MS 365 and recently upgraded to Premium. I share the premium account with my wife. She is able to utilize all of the included MS apps, inlcuding the CoPilot app on its' own. However, when she is using an app like MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint, there is no CoPilot option to select in the Home portion of the ribbon. I am able to see the icon and launch CoPilot within each of the apps on my Macbook. Because of this, she is unable to request the help of CoPilot within the work she is doing?

How can I resolve this issue so that she has access to the same features of MS 365 Premium we are paying for?

To resolve the issue of your wife not seeing the CoPilot option in Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, there are a few potential reasons and steps to consider:

    1. License Propagation: Sometimes, newly assigned licenses can take time to propagate. Ensure that her account is fully set up with the MS 365 Premium subscription.
    2. Account Conflicts: Make sure she is not signed into multiple accounts (e.g., a personal account and a work/school account) simultaneously, as this can cause validation issues with CoPilot.
    3. Internet Connectivity: Ensure that her device meets the necessary network requirements for CoPilot to function correctly.
    4. Office Updates: Check if her Office apps are updated to the latest version. Sometimes, updates can resolve feature availability issues.
    5. Privacy Settings: Verify that CoPilot is not blocked by any privacy settings within her Microsoft 365 account.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult with Microsoft support for further assistance.
