Issue with new outlook

I purchased a new computer and have been trying to set up the email on the new outlook. I wanted a POP account but am unable to send or receive emails via it. I installed the Classic outlook and can send and receive emails via that system. How can I move over to the new system?

    Hi Andrew,

    Who is the Email provider?

    You may have to enable POP access for your account before you can configure it.

    Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft, and press Enter.

    Delete the Olk and OneAuth folders.

    Restart Outlook.

    This only removes temporary Outlook data that will be recreated automatically. Please try reconfiguring the account and let me know.
