- Does the same behavior also occur when you access Outlook on the desktop app, or is it only happening on Outlook on the web?
- You mentioned that only some of the contacts ended up syncing. Could you clarify whether the missing contacts belong to a specific group of users (for example, external contacts)?
- If possible, please share a screenshot showing the contact list and the contacts that are not appearing. This will help me review the behavior more accurately.
