Contact List contacts not showing upi in the Mail tab

Hello All,

I have manually been creating some contact list on Outlook. I noticed that only some of the contacts ended up syncing to the mail tab. Am I missing a step? I thought the sync was instantaneous. Any help is greatly appreciated
