Need to remove restrictions on my Minecraft account

So lets start from the beginning, when I was younger I was at my cousins grandmas house. I was trying to play Minecraft with him, but it was saying I had Wi-Fi restrictions or something along those lines so his grandma had made my normal account into a child's one with restrictions to try and fix the problem and let me play with my cousin and had completely screwed up my account for a good bit until Minecraft's rules themselves changed. She had lost access to it long ago and well now I'm no longer a child and still have a few restrictions. How do I go about removing them? I would like to enjoy realms without issue. When I say lost access I mean doesn't even remember the email she used anymore, am I screwed or can I save my account?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

So, when you sign in with your Microsoft account (Child account) on the Family safety webpage, do you see her (grandma) account as the Organizer?

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/home

If the answer is 'Yes', unfortunately, you will not be able to make any changes to your account because only the user with an 'Organizer' role can remove or manage consent for the child account in the family safety group. If you no longer have access to the Organizer account, you will have to follow the account recovery procedures offered by Microsoft to recover your account.

Also, only the Organizer can change a child account's date of birth to convert it to an adult account. Without Organizer permissions, you won’t be able to make any of these changes.
