Need to reinstall to use my one year subscription

I subscribed to Microsoft 365 Family last month and thought I was uninstalling Microsoft 365 Business as shown on my list of apps. There was another version labeled Microsoft 365 -en-us which I assumed was the Personal/Family version so I thought I was safe. Unfortunately it appears that I deleted the only version that was on my computer. I need to know how to reload without paying again.

Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.
