The background story is honestly quite confusing.
I did read the previous thread you posted.
Some conflicting information you provided:
- You said the computer came with enterprise installed.
- You also said it was originally fine until you tried to upgrade to Pro. So that means you must be on Home to begin with, not Enterprise.
Where did you get your Pro license when you tried to upgrade to Pro, is it from Microsoft Store app? If so, try this to fix the issue:
You can go to Settings > System > Activation > Change product key
Disconnect internet, and disable any third party antivirus, key in the generic key instead: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T
That should get you to Pro. Once restarted, you can connect back to the internet, sign into your Microsoft account. See if it is activated.
