I have six $24.99 charges for a 3-month xbox subscription that i did not authorize. When I go to the page to dispute, it only shows my credit card to search, this was against bank account which I have deleted so the dispute dialog does not work for me. How can I reach a live person to dispute?

To dispute unauthorized charges on your Microsoft account, you can try the following steps to reach a live person:

    1. Use the Get Help feature: In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it. Then type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom and choose the relevant products and services for assistance.
    2. Call Microsoft Support: You can try calling the Microsoft Customer Service & Technical Support at 1-800-642-7676. This may connect you to a live representative who can assist you with your dispute.
    3. Create a support request: If you have access to the Azure portal, you can create a new billing support request by navigating to the support section and following the prompts to report the issue.

These methods should help you connect with a live person to resolve your dispute regarding the unauthorized charges.
