I tried forwarding and that didn't work and I sent from google account and yahoo account as well my account account. Nothing works.

Try to check Settings, Mail, Rules to ensure no rule is moving or deleting mail, then check Junk Email and Deleted Items, confirm Forwarding is off under Settings, Mail, Forwarding, and verify your mailbox storage under Settings, Account, Storage since a full mailbox blocks incoming mail. If this is a work account, ask your Microsoft 365 admin to run a message trace in the admin center.
