Hello there,
Could you please send a screenshot of Treesize?
Treesize should tell you which files and folders are taking up the space.

You can send us a screenshot after selecting the drive for the next steps.
When you perform a system restore, Windows may create restore points that can consume disk space. The amount of space allocated for restore points is relative to the size of your hard drive and the version of Windows you are using. For instance, Windows 7 and later versions allocate up to five percent of total disk space or a maximum of 10 GB for restore points on larger drives. This allocation can lead to a noticeable decrease in available storage, especially if multiple restore points are created or if the system is configured to retain them for a longer period.
Additionally, if the system restore process involves any updates or changes that require temporary files or logs, this can also contribute to a reduction in available storage.
To manage this, you can check your system restore settings and adjust the space allocated for restore points or delete older restore points to free up space.
