- Can you share the full error details from the Azure Portal? Go to Resource Group > Deployments > select the failed deployment > Error details > Raw error tab.
- What deployment method did you use (ARM template, Bicep, Portal, CLI)? Please provide the template/config snippet if possible.
- When did the deployment start, and have you made any recent changes to networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs) or quotas in this subscription?

Could you please check if the Microsoft.StorageCache resource provider is registered?Refer to the screenshot below:
Subscription -> Resource providers -> Microsoft.StorageCache
If not, please register and try again. If it still fails, kindly share the failure JSON file via private message and also provide a screenshot of the activity log showing the failure.
