    Greetings!

This is Tin, I can see here that you're getting unknown charge on your card. Since you've mentioned that it's charging montly, it means it's a subscription, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services you can check it there and cancel it. If it's not showing on your MS Account, try other accounts that you might used, you may also ask your family member who might used your card.

To investigate the unknown charges on your account for gaming, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Microsoft Account: Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com and navigate to the "Services & subscriptions" section. This will show you any active subscriptions associated with your account.
    2. Review Your Order History: In the same account area, check your "Order history" to see if there are any recent charges that you may have missed.
    3. Contact Support: If you still cannot identify the charge, you can contact Microsoft support for assistance. They can help clarify any charges and guide you on how to stop them.
    4. Cancel Subscription: If you find a subscription that you do not recognize, you can cancel it directly from the subscriptions page.
    5. Request a Refund: If you believe the charge is erroneous, you can also follow the steps to request a refund for Microsoft services.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and stop the charges on your account.
