Add Columns in New Outlook

Hello,

Where can I find the 'Add Columns' function in the New Outlook please?

In the previous version of outlook it was in the 'View' section - can't find it there in the New Outlook though.

In the New Outlook, the functionality to add or customize columns is currently not available. Unlike the previous version of Outlook, where you could find the 'Add Columns' option in the 'View' section, this feature has not been implemented in the New Outlook interface.

If you require column customization, a workaround would be to switch back to Classic Outlook, which supports full column customization. You can follow the steps outlined in the Microsoft support article to add or remove columns in your inbox using Outlook Classic.

The previous answer is correct. The “Add Columns” feature is still not available in New Outlook. However, if you want to continue using New Outlook, this article can help you customize how your message list is displayed:

It shows options for sorting, filtering, and adjusting the layout of your inbox, even though full column customization isn’t supported yet.
