You should be able to reinstall Office via your account.

Activation shouldn't cause any issues, unless you also changed some of the hardware (hard drive or motherboard, for example).

If you do see activation issues, you may have to contact Microsoft support via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus.

If you have not logged out of your Microsoft account before reinstalling Windows 10, you may face issues reinstalling Microsoft Office 2021. To resolve this, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Microsoft Account: Go to the Microsoft account website and sign in with the account that you used to purchase or activate Office 2021. Ensure that your Office license is still associated with your account.
    2. Use the Microsoft 365 Uninstall Troubleshooter: If Office is still showing as installed or if you encounter issues during installation, you can run the Microsoft 365 Uninstall troubleshooter to remove any remnants of the previous installation. This tool can help clean up any corrupted files or settings that may be preventing a fresh installation.
    3. Reinstall Office: After ensuring that all previous installations are removed, you can download and install Office 2021 again from your Microsoft account page.
    4. Activation: Once installed, you should be able to activate Office using your Microsoft account credentials.

If you continue to experience issues, consider contacting Microsoft support for further assistance.
