I'm 31, the DOB on my account is correct and shows this, I did the verifiction stuff last year, I even have an active credit card attached to my account. But today the Xbox App is telling me 'This is rated above ReannaRogues Restrictions - GAME is rated above the restrictions set on this account. To install please ask an adult to sign in and download.'

I am the Adult! I've done all the things! The game I'm trying to redownload is one I have 63 hours play time in already. There seems to be no fix, I'm not in a microsoft family, there is no age restricton on my account that I can see. What the heck is going on, I dont want to loose over a decade of player data creating a new account because the system has messed up.

Hello The error said "ReannaRogues Restrictions" Name=Rogues.Reanna?. Looks like you are signed into "Krystal Reanna" in this MS answers thread. I would assume Rogues signed into the xbox app or somewhere and when you went to download the game it said you are not of age because the account that is signed in most likely is under the age or has age restrictions set.

I think you need to login / relogin into the correct account to download the game.
