Hi, I have been writing a spreadsheet for an investment group, all was fine until Monday, I'm now not able to refresh the data. I keep getting the message that the server is having temporary problems. This is obviously causing me issues. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

In addition, the stock XLON:GGP is returning the wrong price, the company had a change of name and funding in June 25, the price shown relates to this date. I have checked the ticker and it is the same, but the current price is very different, what do I do?

    Hi Shane,

I think waiting for a few hours would be great. I am hopeful it would be resolved.

    Just to add further information.

Adjacent to the cells with the issue, the error is indicated as a non-trading day.

Hi, I'm working from home, so I only have home Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connections. Not sure if that helps. I tried both, but there's no difference. Everything else is working ok.

The problem began on Monday; up until then, no issue whatsoever.

The stock's 'current price' and related data appear to be fine, but the STOCKHISTORY function used to look up the price one month ago appears to be the issue.

    Hi Shane,

It happens a few times due to a backend issue, however I haven't seen reports of it lately. May I know if you have tried a different network, to rule out a network issue?

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
