Hi, I have been locked out of my Hotmail account. I have tried the password reset and completed the account recovery form several times, but Microsoft says I haven’t provided enough information. I no longer have access to my old device, and my phone number isn’t working for authentication. My recovery email is a Gmail address, but I’m not receiving any reset emails. I urgently need access as I am currently job hunting after redundancy. Any help or escalation would be greatly appreciated.
