AADSTS5000225 + domain stuck in inactive/blocked tenant

I’m getting AADSTS5000225 when trying to sign in to an old Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) tenant. From what I understand, this means the tenant is blocked due to inactivity and I can’t access it.

I do not intend to use this tenant. The only reason I need action is that there is a custom domain that was activated/verified in this now-blocked tenant, and I cannot add/verify/activate the same domain in our main tenant because Microsoft says it’s already in use in another tenant.

Please reactivate the blocked tenant. When asked I can share more details.
