I'm user bartek@a*************r.law and I'm trying to launch an app from My Apps portal (mailmaestro), but I get this error:

"App launch failed App with ID 480bad96-689e-46b3-99f2-93e307cb6fbc is not configured for single sign-on. For more help, contact your admin. Correlation ID: 579fb225-a14f-4a08-8eed-9e312842b1ec Timestamp: 2026-02-18T10:45:15Z".

Expected behavior:
The app should launch successfully via Single Sign-On without additional login prompts.

**
Actual behavior:**
App fails to launch with SSO configuration error.

**
What our admin tried:**
As Admin I checked Enterprise Applications and confirmed the app exists with correct ID, but Single sign-on section shows no configuration.

Request:
Please check logs using Correlation ID: 579fb225-a14f-4a08-8eed-9e312842b1ec to identify the root cause and advise what SSO method (SAML/OIDC?) needs to be configured for this specific app (MailMaestro) ID.

Thank you for your help!

The error message you are encountering indicates that the application with ID 480bad96-689e-46b3-99f2-93e307cb6fbc is not configured for single sign-on (SSO). Since your admin has confirmed that the app exists but the SSO section shows no configuration, it suggests that the necessary SSO settings have not been established for this application.

To resolve this issue, your admin will need to configure SSO for the MailMaestro application. The specific SSO method (SAML or OIDC) that needs to be configured depends on the requirements of the MailMaestro application. Typically, you would check the application documentation or consult with the application vendor to determine which SSO method is supported.

Once the appropriate SSO method is identified, the admin can proceed to set up the SSO configuration in the Azure portal under the Single Sign-On section for the application. This will involve entering the necessary details such as the SSO URL, identifier, and any required claims.

If further assistance is needed, it may be beneficial to open a support case with Microsoft, especially if there are specific logs or errors that need to be analyzed using the provided Correlation ID.
