How to access the Azure Fundamenta certificate through credential ID?

Hi,

I have already passed Azure fundamental exam last march and obtained the certificate but for some reasons I cannot access and download my certificate from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ profile. I have the credential ID for my certificate though, is there any other possibility to fetch and download the certificate?

Are you checking the correct user account (email) to login to Microsoft profile?

Try checking Score Report or Transcript for the same exam if you are able to see it.

If you are using correct user account, and you still can't find your certificate or are unable to view it, you can contact Microsoft Certification Support using link : https://www.aka.ms/credentialssupport, provide your Credential ID, and they will be able to help you further.
