i need a product key for Visio

I downloaded Visio and it keeps asking for a product key, were can I access this.

First, please double check which license you are using. go to https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony#subscriptions and check in Subscriptions tab. If you are using school account, please check with your IT admin whether you have Visio Plan 1 or 2.

Based on my research, if you have Visio Plan 2 or a non-subscription version such as Visio Professional or Visio Standard 2024, 2021, or 2019, you can install and use the desktop app.

If you have Visio Plan 1, the only way for you to access Visio is via the web app version. To learn how to access Visio this way.

In conclusion, if your Microsoft account has Visio Plan 2, you just need to sign in and Visio will be activated.
