I am the 365 account owner - I try to contact support but it says I am not an administrator and do not have access. HOW CAN I CALL MICROSOFT to TALK TO AN AGENT please.

I seem to have a Private account (FAMILY 365 SUBSCRIPTION)

I normally (and always have logged in via a WORK / SCHOOL Account - but I try contacting Microsoft and it automatically refuses to allow me to get any furtrher as it says I do not have permission or that I am logges into a Work Account.

Any help to get through to Microsoft (UK based)

Thank you. Rich

    Hello

Are you saying you are using a work/school account to log into your Windows? If so, this is not the best practice if this is your personal computer. You only do it if your work requires it, or if you are on a work assigned device. Otherwise, you basically allow your work IT to manage your device by doing so, hence the real admin is your work IT, not you.

If you need to contact support as the private you, launch your web browser in inPrivate mode, then go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent.
