Canceled Subscription but need files

I realized in December I was paying for 2 Microsoft accounts. I canceled one not realizing I would lose those files. I canceled on December 7th. Is it possible to recover those files?

Hello !

Usually, when you cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, your files are not deleted immediately. Your account is frozen because you're over quota, but you can still read and download files.
In your OneDrive account, go to the Recycle Bin and see if everything is still there.

If you canceled your Microsoft subscription, the files associated with that account may become inaccessible once the subscription ends. However, if you canceled within the cancellation policy window, there might be a chance to recover your files by reactivating your subscription. You can do this by signing into your Microsoft account and going to the Microsoft 365 admin center to see if reactivation is possible.

Make sure to check if you can still access the account and the files before taking any further steps.
