We have problem activate dynamics 365 sales, most likely due to data center capacity in the tenant's license pool. How can we fix it? Thanks!

Hi Sofia Svensson,
Based on my understanding, this behavior is linked to tenant-level resource allocation in the Microsoft datacenter, which can temporarily block activation if the license pool is at capacity.
The first step is to verify that your Dynamics 365 Sales licenses are correctly assigned to the intended users in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Next, check whether your tenant has available capacity by reviewing service health and resource allocation under the Power Platform Admin Center. If capacity is constrained, you may need to request an increase through a support ticket with Microsoft, as adjustments are handled at the tenant level.
It is also important to confirm that your subscription includes the correct Dynamics 365 Sales plan, since mismatched license types can cause activation failures. If you recently added licenses, allow some time for provisioning to complete across the datacenter. In some cases, reassigning the license or creating a new environment can help bypass the capacity issue.
If you found the answer helpful, selecting Accept Answer would be greatly appreciated. 😊
