Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you’d like to update the payment method for your Microsoft 365/Office subscription, and I’m happy to assist.
To update your payment method, please go to the Microsoft 365 admin center (admin permissions required) and navigate to: Billing > Bills & payments > Payment methods.
Please refer to the guidance provided in Manage payment methods for Microsoft business accounts for detailed steps.
You can change some payment information directly. However, certain information cannot be modified from your side. In those cases, the Billing team will need to assist you with the update.
By following the steps below, you can easily submit a support request and get the assistance you need:
- Sign in at admin.microsoft.com using your admin credentials. (If you don’t have admin permissions, please contact someone in your organization who does.)
- Select the Help & support button (green icon) at the bottom-right corner of the admin center dashboard.
- In the search bar, type “I need to change payment method.”
- Select Contact support.
- Choose your preferences:
- Preferred contact method
- Time zone
- Preferred contact language
- Enter your details and provide a clear description of your issue. You may also attach files, screenshots, or videos to help the support engineer understand the situation better.
- Once completed, select Contact me at the bottom.

If you are unable to sign in to the admin center, please contact Microsoft Support directly using the phone numbers listed under Customer service phone numbers – Microsoft Support. During the call, request to speak with an agent and share all the relevant details regarding your issue so they can connect you with the correct team as quickly as possible.
