I'm trying to get an activation code for some MS Office Software I bought a few months back, I didn't get a code from the Shop I bought the PC from, see attached receiptNew Laptop Receipt.jpg They told me on Monday that Microsoft would be able to provide me with one using the card number and Transaction ID as per the attached receipt. Can yiu provide me a code please.

    When an Office licence is installed and activated, that licence becomes associated to the Microsoft account used at the time as a digital licence,

    Did the Curry's technician set up Office on your new laptop for you, and if so, did they ask you for your Microsoft account details when they were setting up the new laptop?

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find your Office Home and Student 2024 licence listed there.
