Move Microsoft Tenant away from GoDaddy

Hi,

I have two microsoft office accounts that I created with GoDaddy, I'm moving my account over from GoDaddy but I can't move my microsoft office accounts and I can't go through the help section as it is taking me in a loop as I don't have a microsoft admin account.
