Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio Assessment Issue

Hi, 

Kindly note that I am trying to pass the Assessment of "Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio", and every time I wasn't able to open the virtual machine or to browse, the screen is not fully and I can't save variables or move and last time I opened in new tab and I got 404 access denied, also I've tried from 2 different laptops, at the end I always get locked for 3 days. Please advise, it is very urgent, and I have to pass this assessment asap.
