I was charged but I had cancelled the free trial the same night and no it is not for a different account

I would like a refund asap for this. I signed up for the membership 2/14/2026 under R..1@gmail. I cancelled it on 2/15/2026 and I have photo fo the cancellation confirmation.

In this scenario, you can reach out to the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and then click on Microsoft 365 and then click Get Home Support and then type in Billing question or Refund and click the blue button that says Sign in to contact Support and login and proceed from there or you can also request a call back by going to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2168171 in case you are having trouble in getting a refund.
