At one time, when I posted a question, I would get an email when someone responded. I no longer do - l have to login and look at my posts to see if they have been updated. What do I need to do so I get the email responses?
Thank You

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your question. I understand how frustrating it is when you used to receive email alerts whenever someone replied to your post, and now you no longer get any notifications.
Microsoft explains that email alerts for Q&A replies depend on the notification settings in your Microsoft Learn / Microsoft Q&A profile, and you must have an email address saved and notifications enabled for them to arrive.
To fix this, you can go to your profile settings page, scroll to the “Q&A preferences” section, and make sure that Q&A email notifications are turned on. Microsoft also states that you must first provide an email address under “Manage email preferences” so the system knows where to send alerts.
May I ask if you’ve recently changed your email address or turned off any notifications in your profile?
If you can tell me whether you’re able to reach your profile settings page, I’ll guide you step‑by‑step so you can start receiving reply notifications again.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Noel
