Windows 11 suddenly crashing after last week's update

My wife's Dell is running Windows 11 and is current with all the updates as of yesterday.

It keeps crashing now and giving various stop codes:

CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF)

0xc000021a (0xC000021A)

I've had both our computers doing auto updates for years and never had problems like we've had this year. Did MS outsource their quality control to AI?

Here's the minidump link from yesterday. I haven't grabbed today's yet. https://1drv.ms/f/c/cdd7783ed0b3e28e/IgBvPFgUecM-QoutXmXzb00KAcgy0blt-oeFoNKXpTMu8Os?e=Be7WOD

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The minidump mentions the process "DellSupportAss". This process belongs to Dell SupportAssist.

Do you have Dell SupportAssist installed?

If yes, uninstall it and see if the system will work stably.

If the crash occurs again after uninstalling it, please share the minidump it created.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
