Its always a problem signing in to microsoft. I would like to be able to start my computer without signing in. You also always want to send a code to an OLD email address that I had. I think its <removed PII>@outlook.com I do not have that email anymore. I removed it long ago. Please let me reset my password!!!!

Thanks

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Keep in mind that these forums are peer-to-peer. We're users like you trying to help each other. No one here has the ability to access your account. In fact, even a Microsoft agent would be prohibited from changing any information in your account to prevent impersonation attacks. It is essential that you always keep your verification information up to date and to supply more than one method of verification.

See the section entitled "I've lost access to my Microsoft security info" in this article: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/409090c4-92b5-42b9-8ae6-bcc97e62fc48. It may help you work around the lack of verification methods.
