Outlook Newsletter Subscriptions

Question

I have two questions for the new Outlook Newsletter feature:

• Can the organization or newsletter owner auto subscribe user (not email or share link but make them a subscriber) or do users have to click the subscribe button in order to subscribe to a Newsletter?
• Can employees unsubscribe from a newsletter?

For the new Outlook Newsletter feature:

• Users must click the subscribe button to become a subscriber to a newsletter. Organizations or newsletter owners cannot auto-subscribe users without their action.
• Yes, employees can unsubscribe from a newsletter. They can do this by selecting the unsubscribe option typically provided at the end of the newsletter email.
