Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Tom Cline,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
With the error message "Sorry, that didn't work. Please go back to m365.cloud.microsoft and try again. Thanks.", it usually leads to a service degradation affecting Microsoft 365 portals and services. There are also reports from other users in the past 12 hours about a possibility that there is an outage with Microsoft 365 services. However, when checking the Service Health status in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, there isn't any official declaration about a service degradation happening up to now.
Therefore, considering the high severity level of the issue you're experiencing since it's affecting all the staffs, please report it urgently by signing in Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Report an issue.
Please note that you need to be an Administrator to access to Admin center. If you are an end-user, please follow this article to find your administrator and get their help to report the issue: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
That said, I kindly hope you can remain patient a little longer while the issue is being identified then the engineering team would work hard to fully restore the best possible experience for all users. I will also monitor the status of this issue and update any news to you in timely manner.
Thank you for being part of the Microsoft Q&A community. If you have any further questions or updates, feel free to reply here. I’ll be happy to assist further.
