I am receiving a spam email from someone every single day, and even though I have blocked them, the emails they send kept piling up in Junk Folder.

How do I stop receiving those emails so that it doesn't even pile up in Junk Folder?

    Hi Hyunmin Kim

Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

The suggestions from Q&A Assist are were meant for classic Outlook on Windows.

If you are using MacOS, please click on Outlook > Settings like this screenshot below:
    User's image

Then Create a mail rule > fill the detail as this screenshot below
    User's image

You could replace the email ******@domain.com (this is an example email) with the email address that you would like to have its delivered emails deleted. After setting up the rules, you could click on "Save" and see how it goes.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

To stop receiving emails from someone completely in Outlook, you can take the following steps:

    1. Block the Sender: Make sure you have added the sender to your Blocked Senders list. This can usually be done by right-clicking on an email from the sender and selecting the option to block them.
    2. Use Rules: You can create a rule to automatically delete any incoming emails from that sender before they reach your inbox or Junk folder. To do this:
      • Go to the Home tab in Outlook.
      • Click on Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts.
      • Click on New Rule and select Apply rule on messages I receive.
      • Follow the prompts to specify the sender's email address and set the action to delete the email.
    3. Check Anti-Spam Policies: If you are using Exchange Online, ensure that the anti-spam policies are configured to handle such emails effectively. You may need to consult with your administrator to adjust these settings.

By following these steps, you should be able to prevent emails from that sender from piling up in your Junk folder.
