Hi,

I’m currently unable to complete the sign-up process for the Azure for Students account. I’m stuck on the Account Verification page, and it does not proceed any further.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you.

Hello @Abhishek Mahajan I hope you are doing well, Welcome to Microsoft Q&A

the problem could have several causes. Here are some possible solutions:

    1. Check the authorization

    • Microsoft only offers Azure for Students to certain institutions. Your university may no longer be on the current list of eligible educational institutions.
    • You can check your university's eligibility here: Azure for Students

    2. Use an official university email

    • Signing up for the student plan usually requires an email address in the format @edu, @student, or another official university domain.
    • If you have such an address, try to sign up with it again.

    3. Request manual verification

    • If the automatic verification fails, Microsoft can perform a manual verification. Try contacting Microsoft support and provide proof of your enrollment (e.g. certificate of enrollment or student ID).

    4. Check your Microsoft account

    • Make sure that your Microsoft account is linked to the correct email address.
    • If you have already used another Azure account with the same email address, the authorization may not be granted again.

😊 If my answer helped you resolve your issue, please consider marking it as the correct answer. This helps others in the community find solutions more easily. Thanks!!!
