HELP! We are being charged two different charges on 2 different credit cards on two different dates. The correct one is for $99.99 for the Microsoft 365 Personal Plan auto billed on 8/20 of each year. The other charge occurs on a different credit card in the amount of $129.99 on 11/11.

Only the Microsoft 365 Personal Plan shows up on our subscriptions on the Microsoft website. Unfortunately, I cannot get through to any customer support (real person) that will assist with this. I have spent hours trying to follow all instructions given on your website, but nothing gets resolved.

PLEASE ADVISE!!!!!

You can try signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with some other @outlook.com or @hotmail.com e-mail address and see if you can find the charge for $129.99. The price indicates a Family subscription; see https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/microsoft-365-family/cfq7ttc0k5dm .
