Assistance Required – PL-300 Certification Renewal Access Issue

I received an email on November 22, 2025, regarding the renewal of my PL-300 Power BI certification, which is scheduled to expire on March 18, 2026.

While attempting to complete the renewal assessment, I accidentally declined (or may have gotten stuck on) the NDA agreement. Since then, I have been unable to access the renewal assessment.

Could you please assist me in restoring access so I can complete the renewal process before the expiration date?

Thank you in advance for your support.

If you have declined or encountered issues with the NDA agreement while attempting to access the renewal assessment for your PL-300 certification, you may need to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to restore access on your own once the NDA has been declined. It's important to contact Microsoft support as soon as possible to resolve this issue and ensure you can complete the renewal assessment before your certification expires on March 18, 2026.

I posted a message on the Microsoft Support team, and emailed the Microsoft support team, but I still haven’t received a response. Does anyone have their direct contact information, such as email address or telephone number, that can help me get support?
